3. Having waited final cooling of the engine, uncover a jellied mouth and wait a full oporozhneniye of a radiator. Move drain capacity under the drain gate of the block and let out cooling liquid from the engine.

If after gate opening liquid does not start to merge, clean an opening a small screw-driver.

4. Check a condition of hoses of an okhladitelny path and collars of their fastening (see. Section Check of a condition of components of system of cooling).

Washing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having completely emptied system, wash out a radiator the pure water submitted from a garden hose, continue washing until the pure transparent stream will not start to follow from the top hose.

3. Disconnect perelivny a hose from a broad tank and wash out the last pure water. Again connect a hose.

Filling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tighten drain gates.
2. Transfer the handle of management of system of heating of salon to the maximum heating.
3. Slowly fill in in a radiator the fresh, 1:1 mix of antifreeze made in a proportion with water. Continue filling until level of liquid will not rise to the bottom cut of a jellied mouth. Add cooling liquid in a broad tank, having finished its level to the bottom mark in a tank wall. Wait five minutes and once again check level of cooling liquid in a radiator, in case of need make adjustment.
4. Without establishing a cover on a radiator, start the engine and warm up it before opening of the valve of the thermostat (liquid should start to circulate through a radiator, thus there will be a warming up of the top hose of the last).
5. Muffle the engine and let's to it cool down. Add in a radiator a little more liquid, having finished its level to the bottom cut of a jellied mouth.
6. By a szhimaniye of the top hose of a radiator let out from it air, in case of need add a little more cooling liquid. Establish into place a radiator cover.
7. Transfer the handle of management of system of heating of salon to the maximum heating, turn on for the maximum speed the heater fan.
8. Start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature and check system on existence of signs of leaks.
9. Overheating of the unit testifies to existence in an okhladitelny path of air jams. Muffle the engine and let's to it cool down, – air should leave a path automatically. Repeating procedure, achieve a demanded temperature mode of the working engine.
