Schedule of routine maintenance

The intervals of routine maintenance of the car stipulated in the present Section are calculated on independent performance by the owner of a vehicle of all necessary procedures. Duration of intervals was defined proceeding from the assumption that the car is maintained in a daily mode. Only under condition of a conscientious attitude of the owner to care of the vehicle it is possible to achieve the maximum return from the power unit of the car and its other knots and systems. It is worth to remember as well about need of maintenance of a trade dress of the car on a case of its resale. Constantly to support a vehicle at form peak, the following procedures should be carried out slightly more often:

Outside of the car

Check a condition of tires and pressure of their rating (see. Check of a condition of tires and pressure of their rating).
Check efforts of a tightening of wheel nuts (see. Specifications).
Check existence of leakages of liquids under the car.

In the car

Check a working condition of a horn, headlights, fires and indexes of turns.
Check a working condition of seat belts (see. Section Check of a condition of seat belts).
Check smoothness of a course and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake (see. Section Adjustment of height of situation and free wheeling of a pedal of a brake).
Check softness and smoothness of a course of a pedal of gas.
Check operability of brakes in a safe place (see. Section Check of brake system).

Under a cowl

Check level of liquid of the screen wiper cooling liquids, the GUR working liquids and brakes (see. Sections Check of levels of liquids and Check of level of liquid of the power steering).
Check level of impellent oil (see. Section Check of levels of liquids).
Check electrolit level (see. Section Check, service and battery room charging).
Check absence прогаров, cracks and reliability of fastening of final system (see. The section Check of a condition of components of system of production of the fulfilled gases).

At car operation in the conditions of strongly dusty and broken roads, an intense city cycle (frequent short trips, long operation of the engine idling), negative temperature, and also at frequent towage of the trailer, intervals of performance of procedures of routine maintenance should be reduced, whenever possible, to a minimum.

Servicing of a new vehicle, in order to avoid violation of factory guarantee certificates, should be made at firm car repair shop of the company manufacturer of the car.

Through each 10 000 km of run or time in 6 months (that will come earlier)

Make replacement of impellent oil and the oil filter ** (see. Section Replacement of impellent oil and oil filter).
Check the battery (see. Section Check, service and battery room charging).
Make rotation of wheels everyone (see. Section Rotation of wheels).
Check a condition of spark plugs (the petrol engine) (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of spark plugs (petrol engines)).
Check and/or regulate a pedal of a brake and the parking brake (see. Section Check of brake system and Adjustment of height of situation and free wheeling of a pedal of a brake).
Check a condition of brake slips and disks ** (see. Section Check of brake system).
Check level of working liquid of brake system (see. Section Check of levels of liquids).
Check GUR working liquid level (see. Section Check of level of liquid of the power steering).
Grease driveshafts (see. Section Greasing of components of the chassis).
Check a condition of spherical support and protective covers of CV JOINTS of power shafts ** (see. Section Check of a condition of components of a suspension bracket and steering drive and Check of a condition of protective covers of power shafts).
Check a condition of a lobby and a back suspension bracket ** (see. Section Check of a condition of components of a suspension bracket and steering drive).
Check a condition of tires and pressure of their rating (see. Section Check of a condition of tires and pressure of their rating).
Check a condition of all light devices and a horn.
Check a condition of screen wipers and washers (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of brushes of screen wipers).

Through each 20 000 km of run or time in 12 months (that will come earlier)

In addition to the checks listed in the previous subsection:

Check a condition of belts of a drive of hinged units (see. Section condition Check, adjustment of effort of a tension and replacement of driving belts).
Check a condition and fastening of components of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see. The section Check of a condition of components of system of production of the fulfilled gases).
Make replacement of spark plugs (the petrol engine) (see. Section Check of a condition and replacement of spark plugs (petrol engines)).
Check a condition of the air filter ** (***) (see. The section Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier).

Check AT working liquid level ** (see. Section Check of level of the AT working liquid).
Check oil level in differential of the back bridge (see. Section Check of level of greasing of differential).
Tighten with demanded effort of a nut of the chassis and a body ** (see. Specifications and Section Greasing of components of the chassis).
Check level of a coolant of KV (see. The section Check and service of the conditioner of air (To/in)).

Through each 40 000 km of run or time in 24 months (that will come earlier)

In addition to the checks listed in the previous subsection:

Check and/or regulate klapanny gaps (see. Section Check and adjustment of gaps of valves).
Check a condition of hoses and connections of systems of cooling and обогрева* (see. Sections Check of a condition of components of system of cooling and Check of a condition and replacement of the hoses located in an impellent compartment).
Replace cooling liquid (see. Section Service of system of cooling).
Replace the fuel filter (see. Section Replacement of the fuel filter).

Check a condition of a cover of a fuel tank and топливопроводов* (see. Section Check of a condition of components of a power supply system).
Replace brake liquid (see. Section Check of levels of liquids).
Check oil level in a transfer case ** (see. The section Check of level of greasing in a transfer case).
Replace oil in differential of the back bridge (see. Section Replacement of greasing of differential).

Through each 60 000 km of run or time in 36 months (that will come earlier)

In addition to the checks listed in the previous subsection:

Replace belts of a drive of hinged units (see. Section condition Check, adjustment of effort of a tension and replacement of driving belts).
Replace the AT working liquid ** (see. Section Replacement of ATF of automatic transmission and main transfer).

Through each 80 000 km of run, or time in 48 months (that will come earlier)

In addition to the checks listed in the previous subsection:

Replace oil in a transfer case (see. Section Replacement of greasing of a transfer case).

Through each 150 000 km of run

Replace a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Section condition Check, adjustment of effort of a tension and replacement of driving belts).

* After run of 80 000 km (or 48 months) check each 20 000 km (or 12 months)
** At operation in heavy road conditions make maintenance in 2 times more often.
*** At operation on dusty roads check each 2500 km (or 3 months).
