1. After performance of any procedures connected with a detachment of lines of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel, it is necessary to remove air from a hydraulic path of GUR. Otherwise efficiency of functioning of the steering amplifier considerably will decrease.
2. Develop forward wheels of the car in rectilinear situation and check liquid level in the GUR system tank (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance of the car). In case of need make the corresponding adjustment (level of liquid should reach the bottom point of COLD in a tank wall).
3. Start the engine and leave it working at 1000 rpm. Once again check liquid level in the GUR tank. In case of need again make adjustment.
4. With rotation of a steering wheel here and there (without blows in the course ends) remove from system air (watch that liquid level in the tank during pumping did not fall below an admissible limit).
5. Having finished pumping, return wheels to rectilinear situation, let's to the engine work within several more minutes, then muffle it.
6. Make trial runs of the car, checking serviceability and noiselessness of functioning of steering system.
7. Once again check level of hydraulic liquid at the heated-up engine to normal working temperature (this time it should reach a mark of NOTES in a tank wall). In case of need make necessary adjustment (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance of the car). |
