Replacement of a forward epiploon (ов) cranked shaft / camshafts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a gas-distributing belt and a cogwheel (and) a cranked shaft/camshaft (ов) (see. Section Removal, check of a condition and installation of a gas-distributing belt and cogwheels of a drive of GRM).

The forward epiploon of a cranked shaft is established in the oil pump which can be removed (see. The section Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump) for simplification of replacement of an epiploon.

2. Measure depth of landing of an old epiploon. Accurately cut sponges of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft with the sharp razor.
3. Having accurately hooked the special tool or a screw-driver, take an old epiploon from the landing nest (address to an accompanying illustration). Try not to leave scratches and задиров on a surface of a pin of a shaft or walls of a landing nest, existence of similar defects will lead to fast failure of a new epiploon.
4. Smooth out an internal surface of a landing nest. Slightly grease external edge of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil, in sponges of an epiploon fill universal greasing.
5. Having used as an opravka a face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter, plant a new epiploon in the nest (address to an accompanying illustration) (the opravka should rest only against the firm external region of a face surface of an epiploon) on the same depth on which the old was drowned. Make sure of correctness of landing of an epiploon.
6. Establish into place a cogwheel (and) a cranked shaft/camshaft (ов) and a gas-distributing belt (see. Section Removal, check of a condition and installation of a gas-distributing belt and cogwheels of a drive of GRM). Try not to damage responsible CMP sensor functioning a cogwheel site.
7. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of leakages of oil around epiploon landing (ов).
