Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On the models equipped with the electric drive of window regulators, disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. On models with a manual drive of window regulators remove the regulator handle (address to an accompanying illustration), for an otpuskaniye of a ring clamp get rags edge between the handle and the door panel (it is alternatively possible to use a suitable hook).

3. Remove a door armrest, having if necessary removed plastic caps. At the corresponding complete set remove the handle of management of a door mirror, remove an internal overlay of fastening of a door mirror.

4a. Turn out the screw. remove assembly of the internal handle, having shifted it forward (address to an accompanying illustration).

5. On the models equipped with electrodriving window regulators/activators of the uniform lock accurately having hooked, liberate from a door armrest the panel of managing directors of switches. Disconnect from the panel electroconducting.

6. On the majority of updatings of considered models one of screws of fastening of the panel of an internal upholstery of a door is under a rear-view mirror support. One more screw is located or is slightly lower, or in a back top corner of the panel (address to an accompanying illustration). Bolts are under plastic caps.

7a. On some models it is necessary to remove the decorative panel of furnish of a support of a door mirror (see. Section Removal and installation of external rear-view mirrors). For office of the panel of an internal upholstery of a door release the clamps located on its perimeter (address to an illustration to paragraph 6), hooking edges of the panel.

7b. For fastening of panels of an upholstery of back doors two lateral clamps, two screws and seven more clamps, located along external edge of the panel (address to an accompanying illustration) are used.

8. Carefully separate a polyethylene vlagozashchitny film, having liberated two plugs through passage (address to an accompanying illustration).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Track correctness of installation of the vlagozashchitny screen. In case of need restore integrity of the torn screen by means of an adhesive tape. In case of need use for a podkleivaniye of edges of the screen silicone hermetic. Establish into place plugs through passage, clamps and the other fixing elements which have dropped out in the course of dismantle of an upholstery.
2. Get the panel of an internal upholstery of a door on the regular place and accurately latch all provided clamps. Where it is required, screw fixing screws.
3. Further installation is made upside-down.
