Sensitive to loading / перепускной the valve (LSP & BP)

The center of gravity of lorries is located above, than at automobile, besides, on the unloaded car it considerably is shifted forward. During braking the combination of the listed factors leads to that the main loading is the share of forward wheels while back considerably unload. Thus, hydraulic pressure in a forward brake contour should be much higher, than in back (otherwise back wheels at sharp braking will be prematurely blocked).

When loading the center of gravity of the truck is displaced in its back part that demands the corresponding redistribution of brake efforts. This function carries out sensitive to loading / перепускной the valve (LSP & BP) (address to an accompanying illustration).

In view of that adjustment and service of LSP & BP needs the special measuring equipment, it is necessary to charge performance of this work to specialists of car-care center. Nevertheless, replacement of the valve can be quite made by own strengths of the owner of the car (for LSP & BP adjustment the car nevertheless should be driven away on car repair shop). At removal of the back bridge it is necessary also not to forget to disconnect from it a rod of monitoring of a road gleam of LSP & BP (if other installations of the valve did not change, the detachment of a rod should not lead to violation of adjustments).

Details of installation of the LSP & BP valve


After performance of replacement of the valve the car should be driven away on car repair shop for performance of adjustment of LSP & BP.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
2. Weaken cap nuts of shtutserny connections of brake lines on LSP & BP valve assembly (address to an illustration above), use a special cap natural a cutting head. Accurately disconnect hydraulic lines, at once закупорьте their open ends.
3. Give a lock-nut and disconnect an adjusting bolt from the lever of a back suspension bracket.
4. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the LSP & BP valve assembled with the basic arm.
5. Give fixing nuts and remove klapanny assembly from a basic arm.
6. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of installation of initial length of a spring and reliability of a tightening of a lock-nut (address
to an accompanying illustration).
7. Pump over brake system (see. Section Pumping of brake system).
8. Drive away the car on car repair shop for the purpose of performance of adjustment of LSP & BP.
