Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump
Removal
|
|
1. Remove the case pallet (see. Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine).
|
|
2. Put adjusting labels on TNVD and the oil pump (address to an accompanying illustration). |
3. Remove a final branch pipe of system of cooling.
|
|
4. Give fixture and remove the case of the oil pump (address to an accompanying illustration). |
|
|
5. For dismantling of the pump take out its conducted gear wheel (address to an accompanying illustration), turn out a stopper of the reduktsionny valve and remove the valve, laying and a spring. |
6. Scratch out from interfaced surfaces of the pump and the engine block all traces of hermetic and a material of old laying, then wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone. |

Check
|
|
1. Wash out all components in solvent, then check them on existence of signs of excessive wear and mechanical damages.
2. Examine rubbing surfaces of components of the reduktsionny valve, estimate a condition of a klapanny spring. In case of need make valve replacement assembled. |
|
Installation
|
|
1. Lay in the pump case conducting and conducted gear wheels marking towards a cover.
2. Grease components of the reduktsionny valve with pure impellent oil and establish them on the regular place. Tighten a stopper with new sealing laying.

|
3. Impose on an interfaced surface of the pump a RTV hermetic pillow (address to an accompanying illustration). |
|
|
3. Impose new rubber consolidation (address to an accompanying illustration).
|
|
Installation of the pump should be complete within five minutes after hermetic imposing. |
|
4. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of the oil pump with effort of 20 Nanometers.
5. Establish TNVD, I am guided by the labels put earlier.
|
|
6. Turn out a stopper of the oil pump a six-sided key on 5 mm (address to an accompanying illustration) and fill in in the pump about 10 cm 3 impellent oils. |
7. Grease a stopper carving with stiffening hermetic and screw a stopper into place.
8. Establish a maslopriyemnik with new laying.
9. Establish the case pallet.
10. Add necessary amount of engine oil, start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
11. Once again check level of impellent oil. |
