Replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft and camshaft and TNVD epiploons

Procedure of replacement of these epiploons is identical on condition that the forward epiploon of a cranked shaft and an epiploon of TNVD are established in a cover of cogwheels (see. The section Removal and installation of cogwheels of a drive of GRM), and a camshaft epiploon – in a back cover of a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Section Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a head of cylinders).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the components closing access to the corresponding epiploon, or uncover, in which the replaced epiploon (is established see. Sections Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a head of cylinders and Removal and installation of cogwheels of a drive of GRM).
2. In case of epiploon replacement at not removed cover, the old epiploon can be taken from its landing nest the special tool, or a screw-driver (address to an illustration). Try not to leave scratches and задиров on a surface of a pin of a shaft or walls of a landing nest, existence of similar defects will lead to fast failure of a new epiploon.
3. In case of epiploon replacement at the removed cover beat out an epiploon from a cover, having used a screw-driver and a hammer.
4. Smooth out an internal surface of a landing nest. Slightly grease external edge of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil, in sponges of an epiploon fill universal greasing.
5. Having used as an opravka a face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter, plant a new epiploon in the nest (address to an illustration) (the opravka should rest only against the firm external region of a face surface of an epiploon) on the same depth on which the old was drowned. Make sure of correctness of landing of an epiploon.
6. Establish into place acting in film components (see. Sections Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a head of cylinders and Removal and installation of cogwheels of a drive of GRM).
7. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of leakages of oil around epiploon landing.
