For performance of replacement of kardanny hinges the press or a big vice is required. |
|
|
1. Remove the driveshaft (see. Section Removal and driveshaft installation).
2. Transfer the driveshaft on the workbench equipped with a vice.

3a. Mark the provision of a collar concerning a shaft (address to an accompanying illustration). |

3b. Pатем remove lock rings (address to an accompanying illustration).

4. Press a piece of a pipe or a face head of the corresponding diameter to a cup of one of bearings (the opravka should have internal diameter identical with a cup). 10. Enter a hinge body into a bearing cup, then partially fill a collar the second cup. Level the hinge between cups, then finally press the last in a collar, try not to damage boots.
11. Establish lock rings, in case of need sharply knock on a collar for the purpose of a usadka of rings in flutes. If the ring does not sit down even after a collar obstukivaniye, therefore, there was a jamming of one of needle bearings of a crosspiece, disassemble the hinge and repeat procedure.

12. Check axial люфт in the hinge (address to an accompanying illustration) – if it is more than 0.05 mm, pick up suitable lock rings. Rings are established by pairs of identical axis on about one thickness that there were no vibrations. |
13. Establish the driveshaft on the car (see. Section Removal and driveshaft installation).
14. If hinges are equipped with lubricant unions, fill them greasing (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance of the car).
15. Clean props and lower the car on the earth. |
