The EVAP system accumulates accumulating in a power supply system during car parking fuel evaporations and provides a conclusion them to the inlet highway for burning in the course of normal functioning of the engine (address illustrations above). Improvement of system is made continuously in process of toughening of the requirements shown to protection of environment.

On models of early years of release the EVAP system consisted of the coal adsorber equipped with the control valve and the lines of communication connecting it to a fuel tank of the car. Also into structure of system entered the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid (eats), the vacuum valve switch (VSV) and the module of management (ESM). On models of the last years of release the sensor of pressure of the fuel evaporations is switched in addition on in structure of system, established on a back partition of an impellent compartment. The composition of EVAP system can vary depending on a year of release of model. The scheme of laying of vacuum hoses is presented on the special information label of VECI fixed in an impellent compartment of the car.

During car parking fuel evaporations are taken away from cavities of a fuel tank and the throttle case in a coal adsorber where accumulate till engine start. When the engine starts to rotate, the adsorber is blown and its contents are deduced in the inlet pipeline, from where arrive in combustion chambers.

The coal adsorber is equipped with the control valve into which design two balls enter. Depending on the current service conditions of the engine and pressure in a fuel tank the valve opens and closed, regulating branch process паров fuels from a tank and the throttle case.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a condition, a route of laying and reliability of connection of all hoses of EVAP system. Make necessary repair or replacement. The damaged components.
2. Examine the adsorber bottom on existence of signs of development of leaks, in case of need make replacement, track correctness of connection of hoses.

3. Disconnect vacuum hoses from the top part of an adsorber (address to an accompanying illustration). To Zakuporta unions A, B and C also submit air pressure no more than 0.1 atm. in the union D. Be convinced that air does not leave via the union F.
4. Create a razryazheniye (no more than 0.1 atm.) on the union C also check that it does not fall if to open the union F.
5. Having closed the union F, create a razryazheniye (no more than 0.1 atm.) on the union D also check that it does not fall, if the union C is closed and falls, if it to open.
6. The faulty adsorber is subject to replacement.

Replacement of a coal adsorber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Previously having carefully marked, disconnect from an adsorber all vacuum lines.
2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove adsorber assembly.
3. Installation is made upside-down.
