1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator.
4. Remove protection of a case and a radiator.
5. Remove a pump GUR pulley.
6. Mark brought to the generator electroconducting and tires of grounding and disconnect them from assembly.
7. Turn out adjusting and axial bolts, and also a lock nut from an adjusting level of the generator (address to an illustration above).
8. At replacement of the generator take the block removed from the engine in shop, – replaceable should correspond in accuracy to it on a standard size, plugs should have identical marking, the size and an arrangement, beaten out on the case, or put on шильду identification marking should coincide.
9. New / the restored generators can be delivered on the market without a driving pulley, – in that case the last should be rearranged from old assembly.
10. Installation is made upside-down.
11. In summary adjust effort of a tension of a driving belt (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance of the car) also check tension of a charge (see. Section Check of a condition of system of a charge). |
