Removal and installation of assembly of the control panel by functioning of a heater and air conditioner

Some from cars considered in the real Management are equipped with system of the additional safety (SRS) which is better known as a safety cushion. Before performing any works near assembly of a pillow or a steering column, without fail disconnect system in order to avoid receiving traumas as a result of its casual operation, – disconnect from the battery at first negative, then for a positive wire and wait not less than two minutes before starting service of the components located near sensors of directed overloads (see. Onboard electric equipment). Isolation and contact sockets of electroconducting of a chain of SRS are painted in bright yellow color. It is not necessary to connect any diagnostic devices to this chain!

Forward heater

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A thin screw-driver remove two clamps, an ashtray and a coaster.
2. Remove an overlay of the console from the control panel a forward heater (address to an illustration above).
3. Extend the control unit and disconnect electroconducting.
4. Installation is made upside-down.
5. Start the engine and check serviceability of functioning of the heater/conditioner of air.

Back heater

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a back overlay of the block and include a heater on a maximum.
2. Give three screws and remove the control unit (address to an illustration above).
3. Disconnect the socket of electroconducting and a management cable.
4. Installation is made upside-down.
5. Start the engine and check serviceability of functioning of the heater/conditioner of air.
